LexBridge was built on a simple observation: most law firms don’t have a growth problem. They have a capacity problem.
Our founder spent nearly a decade inside professional services firms as a CPA, where he saw firsthand the gap between someone who interviews well and someone who actually performs under pressure. That lens shaped everything. It led to Narinyan Search, a boutique attorney recruiting firm placing associates and senior attorneys in workers’ compensation, employment, and civil litigation. And it eventually led here.
The turning point was a phone call. A law firm owner, overwhelmed, explained that work was piling up while local hiring dragged on for months. Attorneys were handling intake, documents, and admin, work that was slowing them down and costing the firm real revenue. The problem wasn’t talent. It was speed and cost.
